Fluvia, riverfront condo rentals
Inspiring a new life

CDC was pleased to assist Fluvia with the branding and market launch of its riverfront rental condos complex in Brossard, scheduled to open in the spring of 2024. The project's visibility was supported by the design of a distinctive brand image, an interactive website, an enticing sales kit and a comprehensive media and digital plan.

The identity of this living space is conveyed right from the branding of the project's name: echoing the name Fluvia, a wavelet under the U evokes the nearby river, one of the main assets of the building complex. A distinctive colour combines this symbol with the expression "riverfront condo", to emphasise the alliance between nature and the city. Both elegant and playful, this design reflects the brand identity while being easily adaptable.

Website - Navigating serene waters

CDC was tasked with the layout, art direction and design of the Fluvia website. With a soothing design, pastel tones and a clear hierarchy of information, the site highlights the project's features while conveying the serenity that characterises this comfortable living space overlooking the river. The texts are evocative but concise, leaving plenty of room for photographs and animated graphics that make browsing a pleasure.

Sales kit

A brochure was designed to promote the project and the name brand. The Fluvia symbol is featured on the cover and throughout the pages. The rectangular format evokes the broad horizon that residents will be able to enjoy.


In just a few neatly designed pages, the booklet highlights the advantages of the location, the appeal of the surroundings and a few key figures. Plans and images of the condos give customers a concrete idea of what it's like to enjoy a new way of life.


In addition, the brand image has been applied to elegant stationery and signage.

Media plan, strategy and campaign

A comprehensive media plan was put in place to promote the project and its key dates, such as the opening of a rental office in the summer of 2023, with the aim of achieving a high pre-leasing rate for the opening of the complex in the spring of 2024. The strategic study identified a target clientele and key messages, and led to the deployment of a major digital campaign.

Social media campaign

CDC implemented a social media strategy to identify and reach potential customers for the Fluvia condos. Thanks to a design that was easily adaptable to the mobile phone format and to targeted publications, this part of the campaign attracted the attention of potential future tenants by offering a captivating, immersive and dynamic overview of the condos and the advantages of living in Brossard.
